Project Manager, Researcher, and Educator living in New York

I manage projects, conduct research
& teach

I support and create projects that live at the intersection of data and narrative. I am interested in how storytellers, journalists, and the public can leverage data and computation to make sense of the world around us. I am based at the Brown Institute for Media Innovation at Columbia and Stanford and teach courses on GIS and working with spatial data.
My most recent work helps journalists investigate the thermal legacy of redlining in America.
